As a trade supplier of sheet materials sold in pallet quantities, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns and refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds on goods that have been correctly supplied. All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel and refund an order if the goods have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once a shipment has left, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Rejected or refused deliveries

If a delivery is refused or rejected at the point of delivery, a 25% handling fee will be applied to cover return transport, restocking and admin. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Damages, shortages and incorrect items

Any damages, shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and note any issues on the delivery documentation. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted. Where a claim is accepted, we will arrange collection and replacement of the affected goods at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on correctly supplied goods unless faulty. We do not offer cut-to-size services.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
